1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders that include customized or personalized designs may require additional processing time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (within the United States)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping option.
Occasional promotions may include free shipping offers, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, iTRUPO ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
iTRUPO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
iTRUPO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We will assist when possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged packaging and item
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution
